Self publishers

Speaking of self-publishing, two options for aspiring DIY publishers:

• CafePress book publishing
  Includes 3 different types of bindings, black and white books with color covers, no setup fees or minimums

• iUniverse book publishing
  More expensive, but also does distribution in chain bookstores. An infomercial-like Online Publishing Kit available for the cost of your email address
